This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit the Nibinibi website (nibinibi.app). A separate section for the Nibinibi mobile app will be published here before the app is released.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or contact forms, and we do not ask you for any personal information.
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical connection data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) in server logs so the site can be delivered securely. This is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel may process this data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email hello@wowitisken.me.
